As a Clinical Professor at the USC Marshall School of Business, I bring the latest academic and industry insights into every client engagement. I also draw from my years of hands-on leadership experience in a federal agency to turn theory into practice and measurable success.

I hold a Doctorate of Business Administration from the Grenoble School of Management, where my research focused on how developing strong interpersonal skills actually builds motivation within ourselves and in those around us. My extensive doctoral research shapes how I help leaders grow, build stronger teams, and create people-first cultures.
