About Dr. Nik Lewis
I started People Inspired Consulting Services, LLC to do what I love most: help people grow. As a Clinical Professor at the USC Marshall School of Business, I bring academic insight into every engagement – combined with years of hands-on consulting experience in a federal agency, as well as work with small businesses and academic institutions.
I hold a Doctorate of Business Administration from the Grenoble School of Management, where my research focused on emotional intelligence, motivation, and organizational behavior – insight that now shapes how I help leaders grow, build stronger teams, and create people-first cultures.
My mission is to equip leaders with the mindset and skills to inspire, guide, and drive meaningful success – for their teams, and their organizations
