About Dr. Nik Lewis

I started People Inspired Consulting Services, LLC to do what I love most: help people grow. As a Clinical Professor at the USC Marshall School of Business, I bring academic insight into every engagement. To supplement a strong academic foundation, I draw from my years of hands-on consulting experience in a federal agency, and my work with small businesses, to turn theory into practice and measurable success.
I hold a Doctorate of Business Administration from the Grenoble School of Management, where my research focused on emotional intelligence, motivation, and organizational behavior. My extensive doctoral research shapes how I help leaders grow, build stronger teams, and create people-first cultures.
